Fairly clean property with exceptionally pleasant staff with another cheerful and friendly staff member. Exceptional setting, close enough to the oldtown, many bar's and clubs, and the restaurant. New-fashioned standard king room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Superb food selection.

The room was spacious, newly decorated, and equipped with all amenities, making our stay enjoyable.

The room is reasonably large and beautifully designed, comes with strong WIFI and a view of the biggest orthodox church, for example. The staff are fairly friendly and extremely polite and provide an excellent service.

Their breakfast is extremely poor, can be far better.

The locataion in the heart of Sarajevo was excellent literally seconds from thr Ferhadija street shops an bars and only 5 minute walk from the bascaricija old town area. Well designed rooms and really good value for money.

The hotel is situated in the centre of old town Bascarsija. It is actually an fitness/wellness and hotel in one. Good facilities and frendly stuff. The smoking is forbidden in the rooms. Watch out for the Sarajevo taxi. Allways check to turn the taxi meter on.

Perfect location and the most helpful and welcoming staff ever.

We stayed for 9 days and I don't think they cleaned our bathroom thoroughly every day. This is the one thing that should have been better, since it spoils the overall impression a little bit.

Great cooked to order breakfast in a lovely dining area. Wonderful, helpful and accommodating staff. Great location within easy walking distance to many cultural, historical, religious sites. Large, clean, newly updated and renovated rooms...very boutique-like in this amazing city. Many good restaurants and cafes close by.

Great gym facility which is always busy and sometimes depending on your room, the noise from the machines can be heard. This was very minor for us; we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The food and drinks here are excellent, the rooms are spacious with good WIFI, and the bathrooms are well-ventilated.

The Spa was great. Breaksfast was nice. One of the TV channels that they offered in the hotel information booklet was not available due to the snow/storm and the hotel offered me a complementary drink to apologise.

There is a gym in the ground floor and the music is very, very loud, so much that you can heard it from the rooms in the top floor. The room was not clean very well. I was very cold for two days (February and snow outside) until I realised the heating was not on!! I had to call reception to ask them to put it on.
